The draft policy proposes retaining permitted use of legitimately downloaded assets after ordinary subscription cancellation. New downloads and updates would end when paid access expires. Refund consequences and mandatory rights require legal review.

Final seller disclosures, component redistribution rights, studio-seat rules and customer terms must be approved before launch. This page is a planning summary, not a commercial licence grant.
