Mesh deformation. Radially scales vertices away from Center inside Radius, with compact falloff. Negative Amount contracts. Includes optional simple subdivision (0-4); topology may change. Not a physical volume-preserving deformation. Bypass restores source. AI preview illustrates the operation; supply your own mesh. See Modeling Utilities Examples scene.
